Holiday Resort & Spa Guam, Tumon

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. While the location is perfect, right next to the beach and near shopping options, the rooms were outdated and in need of some serious renovations. The service was just okay, and I felt they could improve on customer interactions. Overall, if you're just looking for a quick stop and don't mind some flaws, it might work for you, but otherwise, it might be worth considering other options.
